Plain terms for Sky Realty text messages. Nothing here is legal, tax, mortgage, or investment advice.
- Who is texting you
- Texts come from Sky Realty, a licensed real estate brokerage, on one brokerage messaging number. Sky, Sky Realty's AI assistant, may write them. Sky identifies itself as an AI assistant and never claims to be a person, and a human agent or brokerage representative is available whenever you ask or whenever the conversation needs one.
- What we text about
- Conversational real estate assistance: replies to property inquiries, answers to your questions, help with your home search, showing requests and coordination, communication with or handoff to your assigned agent, customer service, and occasional follow-up related to your ongoing home search or the criteria you told us. We do not send purchased-list marketing or bulk promotional blasts.
- How often
- Message frequency varies with your activity. It depends on the inquiries you send, your home-search activity, assistance you request, showing coordination, and follow-up related to your stated real estate needs.
- Costs
- Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier, not the brokerage, sets those rates.
- How to stop
- Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further.
- How to start again
- Reply START if you ever want to resume. You will get one confirmation that you are back on.
- How to get help
- Reply HELP to any message and you will get the brokerage name and how to reach a person. You can also email info@myskyrealty.com at any time.
- Consent is optional
- Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of working with us. You can search, ask questions, and buy a home without ever agreeing to a text.
- Carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery cannot be guaranteed.
- Privacy
- How we handle your mobile information is described in the Sky Realty privacy policy, linked below. Mobile opt-in information and text message content are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

By checking this box you agree that Sky Realty and Sky, its AI assistant, may send you conversational text messages about your home search, properties you asked about, showing requests, agent communication, and related follow-up or customer service. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can work with us without receiving text messages.
